A homemade lightsaber fight?

Yes, you read right. And im posting it right here. No, i didnt have anything to do with it, but the fighting looks ok, so i had to post it.
The video seems kind of old, but i like the fight and the ending. All except that Scruffy looking Nerf herder Sidious wannabe.
What do you think?

It doesn't seem to have the same energy that a real lightsaber fight would have. the effects look nice, I'll admit, but it just misses that... je ne c'est pas that all the other lightsaber duels would have.

 

Personally, it reminded me of this thread and the storylines that ensued, including the fan film "Star Wars: Return of the Sith".

Those guys have spent way too much time playing Jedi Academy, tis obvious from the fighting style

Duality was made in 2001. Jedi Academy was released, if I recall correctly, in 2003.
