Computers A Little Help Here

How do get a signature from your computer files onto this website?
I have it saved on my computer and I had to resize it but now I don't know how to get it onto this website.

 

I thought you could only use urls. But I might be wrong.

 

That's what I thought but I just want to make sure.

 

Simple. Go to the drop down menus

boards.jp -> Site Map -> Web

And apply for webspace. You'll get it right away, and you can upload up to 200kb of files to it.

Then it's a simple matter of typing in the URL in IMG tags.

 

Thanks for the help but when I typed in the URLin the IMG tags, it came out as a hyperlink.
Did I do something wrong?
And sorry about this, I'm not too good with computers.

 

It's no big deal.

So you have the url, and when you linked it in IMG tags, you got a link instead of an image? Are you sure you used the tags?

Weird. Did you make a mistake at all? Perhaps you simply typoed it?

If you could post the results, I could probably fix them for you.

And I don't think I made a typo.

Quote my post, and add that top line to your sig. It should work then. Make sure to do it from the quote, not from just the page. It's got the tags correctly placed.

I can't edit your sig myself, since I'm not a super mod, but I'm sure you can do it yourself.

 

Oh right, I didn't even notice that. You'll want to remove the space in the filename. That's what's messing it up.
