Bandai Snags Arjuna and Kazemakase

I guess this has been known for about a week or so in other quarters already, but Bandai has picked up Chikyuu Shoujo Arujuna (Earth Maiden Arjuna) for distribution in the US. This series was directed by the director of Escaflowne (Shoji Kawamori?) with music by Yoko Kanno. It's around 13 episodes in an anamorphic widescreen format. Around the same time, Bandai also announced acquisition of Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran, a series about a female samurai.
