Art Contests and Games Bijin Cosplay! No Deadline!

Hi all -

We've done it in the past for Miia, now it's Bijin's turn to be cosplayed!

Get your thinking and drawing caps on...

We'll use the best ones for the main page - also there was the suggestion from the moderators that some could be used for the skins of different forums, e.g. a Rurouni Bijin

I have a vector form of Chejo's design of Bijin - I'm not sure what format people prefer so have made a couple of different types:

• WMF
• EPS
• Original by Chejo

Cloud, just to clarify, you don't want BJP's artists to make their own design/drawing of Bijin, (like we did for Miia's cosplay contest) you want us to take the vector line drawing and colour clothes and accessories on her?

 

I think we agree it is best if people come up with their own designs and drawings of Bijin for the contest; the stipulation being that it has to look like Bijin and not be some other design tailored to be 'something' like her.

However, some people might like the vector forms as a helper or a starting point...

We'd like to keep this competition running for a while, so I'm not going to specify a deadline for now.

Karma (big dollops of it!) will be awarded for good efforts in this, so get drawing so I get awarding

 

I just wanted to add, last cosplay contest we had, those who entered made sure the eye colour and hair colour weren't changed. Some cosplayers may go overboard, dyeing hair and wearing coloured contacts, even painting skin, but if we do this to Bijin, then how would we know it's her and not someone else? So for those who enter, keep this in mind. ^___^
