    Hi all -

    Time for a logo competition! (We've already had our slogan and mascot competions earlier in the year.)

    The winner will be the best logo (as judged by the administrators) based around the acronym BJP. Moderators are entitled to participate (thanks Ciel).

    The prize is a Kaiyodo/Xebec EVA 03 production model (see attachment):

    The closing date is 25 December 2004.

    Good questions...

    #1 Size of the picture doesn't matter too much, but it is something that will have to look good scaled down to say 150 pixels high.

    #2 Hand-drawn or CG pics are fine, obviously the hand-drawn ones may have to be enhanced for final use.

    #3 Number of entries per person - I think to make this easier for us to judge, a person should submit no more than 5 entries. (Upped from 3, 12-12-04.)

    #4 Where will it be used - on the main page for sure, and if suitable on styles too. It would replace the boards Kanji currently used on the site.

    Instead of text "boards.jp" you want us to use "BJP" or "B.JP" ?

    I changed the text to "BJP" for my entry #1. If the administration is looking at how well the logo goes with all layout colours, I also wanted to say in regards to this logo that I have all objects on separate layers, such as sky, clouds, Mt. Fuji, sakura, gate, so it's quite easy for me to change the colours around.

    Cloud, I'm wondering if it's possible to bump up the number of entries to 4. I have 3 more ideas. My reasoning is that the more entries for all of us, the more chance one of us will make a logo that you and BakaMattSu may like and choose to use for the forum.

    BIJIPI a la Matrix

    Here's the jedi's entry

    1. In the bg BIJIPI written in katakana
    2. You can see the Matrix style
    3. Made with layers and stuff so colors are easy to change
