I enjoyed the opening and ending. I am glad they did that like they did it with naruto. Maybe it will be a common thing now.

It will be a bit before we who can't speak japanese see it.

Depends really. It has always taken at least six months for movies to be subbed from what I have noticed. I think they do it after it is out on DVD. I have only seen one come out early.

The english dub is hard to say. But I don't see them picking it up so soon.
