Note; that pic is not supposed to be "woah, amazing", it's supposed to show how i color stuff :>

    criticize please! ^_^

Oh I might add that I finished this in like 30 min, alot faster than usual, heh

Looks great to me :D I'm not familiar with water colros that much, I havent done much of that in Open Canvas / Painter so I wouldn't know XD.

I like the expression on her face and I'm a fan of soft colors n_n , Maybe a little bit more contrast in colors would do the trick :D unless my LCD is on too bright >< But overall I think it is a great piece, comparring with your previous pieces, I think there's alot of improvement :D seen in this piece. * Two Thumbs up * :anime: :anime: :anime:

Edit: I was looking closer at your work, did you do this on the same layer ? I can see some color negating the lineart on there. unless that was the feel you wanted to achieve n_n Sometimes I want to do what some digital artists do with the hair how they draw colored lines not bound by the lineart around the character. ( Was just wondering if you were planning to color the piece without disrupting the lineart XD )

    thanks for the replies :>
yus same layer is used, heh.. I think the initial thought was to stick to my lineart but I think I messed something up somewhere in the process, hahah

About the colors.. I have this pain in the rear issue in my painter, after drawing an area I cant draw on that again with watercolors since it gets fecked up..uh..hard to explain, drawing it to make it easier to understand :p

Pic1 - I drew that without letting the pen leave the tablet
Pic2 - I want to draw something on that area/close to that area with watercolors and *that* happens, really dark edges and the overall color gets alot darker T_T

Anyone know how to fix this or ..how to use it properly?

    I suppose that's Photoshop...

I'm guessing that's the "wet" look when painting

Looks rather good, although a bit blurry.

"Personligen tycker jag att du borde använda photoshop, eftersom den är mera vänlig när det gäller CG ;)"

Looks pretty good. Like Teddz said, it's a little blurry, but other than that, it's good. :)

Very cool coloring job. The first pic you don't notice any real blur. The second one you do but it has a stronger contrast to it that is appealing. It gives a clear sense of lighting the first one didn't have. Sharpen up the line work around the ears and hair and it'll kick ass.

I must say I liked the lighter skin color blonde better. I think it was the first.

The one you enhanced is getting better. As most said little blurry. The tone is nice.
