Art Create A Character ^.^

I had an idea, y'know somethin original; it is create your own hero or villain character and post the image,
I would post mine : Tenshi Konoko
buuuut I don't know how... it wouldbe great if someone told me thx ... anywayz get postin I would luv to see the end results.

(someone plz PM me to tell me how to add images, cos I really want to show everyone my villain)

first, i think that some mod should move this thread to the art forums ^__~

option #1 (the sissy way!)
just make a thread or go to the post reply page and scroll down to find the attachment's manager to browse and upload ur images there.

option #2 (the hard core way <3)
to host the image on an outer servers to have the full view of it on ur posts/threads. so just go make ur self an account on photo bucket or if ur lazzzy enough to regester...just go to tiny pics and uploade it there directly ;p
u'll get a direct URL for ur pic when upload an image.

so ur done with the upload stuff now, its time for some codes! ABRAKADDABRAA!

copy the URL they gave to you and paste it in between these two tags:



note: watch out for the images file size!! it must be around the 200k ish or somthing..the wont upload if it is soo large in size.

Aha, you forgot another option

Anyways, you DON'T have to create a photobucket account if you're barely hosting any images.

You can just go to www.imageshack.us, click "Browse", and have it hosted. Just copy the link, blah blah blah. The bad part is, once you close the window, you're either gonna have to remember to link by Copy and Paste, or gonna have to host it again....

The male is my character, an Asha'man named Lucovares. The other is my girlfriend's character, a Green Ajah Aes Sedai named Sorana. I know I totally screwed up the sword, but ah well.

 

Items such as swords come second to the character themself, and have to say its good, how long did it take you to make?

 

Well, background aside (considering how cruddy it is) Lucovares took me pretty much a whole day (minus coloring in his coat). Sorana was actually done very quickly, maybe a couple hours, which is why I'm surprised she came out so well. Even more surprising since I'm usually wary of drawing other peoples' characters.

 

the time you done it proves you put the effort in,
I wouldn't call it cruddy, i think its pretty good, my full cast of characters, not yet added, took me each about 3 hours to draw, thats like 4 days lol
