HTML and Scripting Curious, my dears...

I used to be in Web Design in high school (only a year ago, *sigh*) but I haven't really worked on anything since I graduated, due to the lack of time, and the loss of a book. Does anyone know any HTML sites they recommend for learning HTML again, quickly? I really love it, and even though I can't major in it (sadly) I would love to get better at it. CSS too.
