DragonBallZ or DragonBallGT?

which one do you prefer? i think that dbz is better by farand that dbgt is to short!!

 

I think that i prefer DBZ Gt better, becuase of Trunks, but of corse username already nows that ^__^

dbz definately. cuz i like seeing vegeta in those tight pants. *flashback of miko peering through a crowd of people at the world martial arts tournament for a glimpse of vegeta*

 

Definately DBZ. I loved the simple length of the fights and the intense fighting, in GT you cant even see SSJ4 Gogeta punching, thats a bit too much, even in DBZ they looked powerful even if they weren't. so it's still definately the best.

 

I like DBGt, it just makes more sense and there's more action.

DBZ, much more action. DBGT has more of a puzzle-solving slant from what I've seen of it. And it GT, Goten, Gohan and Vegeta all have the same haircut. What's with that?

 

DBZ because it was done by Toriyama, DBGT was not. I usually view DBGT as an alternative reality which does not really exist in timeline of DBZ.

 

DBZ because there is more action and I have only seen 12 eps of DBGT.

 

DBZ is much better than GT. in GT Trunks looks gay, Goten's haircut is stupid, and the whole series of GT involves way too much thinking. in DBZ everything is simple to figure out.

I was going to type along these lines. yes I prefer DBZ if I had to choose..

 

GT more transformations!!! but the trunks sucks they should have the future trunks on the GT series. But Dbz is has Toriyama but i choose GT by everything it has to offer.

 

DBGT is ok. I like DBZ a lot better. Im not big on the fact that main characters from DBZ like Vegeta, Gohan, and Piccolo become minor characters in GT

 

i agree as well.. GT is ok.. but ya DBZ was much better.. but GT is still only just getting started.. my friend has all the dvd's theyve released so far and says its really good

i think dbz is better because goku is alright littel but i think he would be alot better off grown.

DBZ is probably better because it shows the evolution of the saiyans and the development of the characters, not to mention the awesome sagas of Trunks, the Androids, Cell and Majin Buu. There's also a lot of moving drama around the characters especially Vegeta and his struggle to become good in the end.

 

I think they're both pretty pathetic in different aspects. Even Akira Toriyama admitted that the series had dragged on waaaay too long, and grown plotless. But then again, poor Tori-sama is just always hard on himself and against just about everything he does. ^^

GT is just like a huge series of filler episodes.

 

I completely agree!

I've only seen *one* episode of Dragonball GT, so my opinion can't be too accurate. I thought it was rather boring..

To conclude, if I was forced to choose between the two, Dragonball Z would get my vote.

 

I like DBZ better than GT.
GT is set in too much of a hard metal type theme.
The charecters don't look that good either.

 

I preferred DBZ. But i watched all the GT episodes just to give it a chance, the only bit i really enjoyed in GT was when they escaped from hell. DBZ was far better to watch and more enjoyable.
