Star Trek Favorite Captain?

    Well, better start this forum off. It's been around for 30+ Years, and through them, there have been numerous captains. But which was the best?

    Now, I'm going to have to go with Captain Jean Luke Picard. I mean, Patrick Stewart? Hell yes. He'll always be the Captain I grew up with, and the one I remember.

    Props to Captain Kirk though because he was the original; The only and only captain Kirk. =)

    I think his name was spelled John Luke Picard but I'm not sure how the hell you spell his name.

    Anyway, I vote for Picard as I don't really know any of the others and if I did, I would still choose Picard :D

    Lol, he's french on the show. Jean seems appropriate. Good try though. :)

    I'm actually pretty sure it is Jean-Luc Picard. He's my favorite, too.

    Definitely Jean-Luc Picard ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120844/ ) and my vote goes off to him as well he is the perfect captain figure... best voice best stature and best Xavier for X men :p lol my vote all teh way...

    [I'd add a pole, but I'm not sure on the last two captains names. Only watched to Deep Space Nine. Geez..]

    And yeah, knew it was french, but with me lacking all skills I learned r should have learned in that class, I was unable to decipher the name. *lesigh*

    My vote goes to Jonathan Archer ----i really enjoyed this version of Star Trek, and the NX-01 was an awesome starship....

    Gotta go with Sisko myself. He always seemed more human to me than Kirk, Picard, or Janeway. Archer reminded me too much of "Quantum Leap." :sweat:

    I really liked Janeway so she gets the number one spot in my book. After her, Picard for sure.

    You guys, you can't not pick Kirk. Shatner (not to mention Nimoy) are Star Trek.

    Kirk is from Star Trek. Any Captain in Star Trek can be picked.

    Speaking of Kirk, I remember him now. I'd choose him as my second favorite :D
