favorite Music from Initial D

    What's your favorite songs from Initial D? I liked Speedy Speed Boy, Don't Stop the Music, Space Boy, and Love is in Danger. I got familiar with the music of Initial D thru the racing game more than the anime series, mainly cuz you can pick a song for each race. After experiencing Initial D, some people come to feel that Eurobeat style music matches really well with racing (cuz of the concentrated emotional melody, and the fast beat). Matches better than heavy metal (which is probably only good for muscle-matches, like simple drag-racing, hahaha!).

    If anyone has also played Para Para Paradise or just para-para dancing in general, you know that they use Eurobeat music too. I like a bunch of songs there as well.

    About the only time I listen to Eurobeat is when either driving around in my car, or playing Initial D.

    In the game, I stopped the option of staged music, so my current favorite is always playing.

    I almost always play Station to Station and Love is in Danger. Although, after a while, a lot of the songs start sounding the same.

    However, I've still got to find an example of the american release "hip hop" music.

    And as far as metal, it fit well in Street Fighter. =P

    The first song that interested me was "Don't Stand So Close to Me". Since I recalled Sting. After that I would play them all. I really like "Shining Star" if I think harder on the subject..

    I honestly was asleep when I wrote this ^ here's a better answer, most of Initial D songs are faves:

    Back on the Rocks - the beginning is awesome
    My Only Star (not shining star..lol)
    Dancing - lol the beginning of this is cool. a friend pumps up the volume at the guy saying 'cool vibrations and laughing' while he's in the car. people go.. 'wth?'

    i like the 1st song on the japanese version of the series and the 1st song on the american dubbed series.

    Space Boy and Forever Young. My mate listens to Space Boy when he has friendly races in his car club.

    In fact, I have tonnes of the Jpop hits, and I listen to them all over and over again in the car. They get you there quicker too I swear
    ;)

    Although , sometimes get funny looks at the traffic lights , like whats that crap hes listening too !

    Kiseki no Hana - the song I hate to love. Seriously. This song ALWAYs get stuck in my head. it's such a good song though...
