Technically fact. As far as I have seen, the "Naruto: Shippuden" is treated as an entirely different series (started with Episode 001).

Next: As far as can be told, "Tobi" is the leader of the Akatsuki.

As far as we know, fiction, but I wouldn't put it past Kishimoto to pull anything out anymore.

This is a tough one since we really don't know the exact circumstance of the death of the person that Pein used to clone Itachi... we don't know if he was dead before the Jutsu, if the Jutsu killed him, or if it was Naruto that killed him. It seems most likely that it was Naruto that killed him (though I believe that the person would've died when the Jutsu was released anyway)... so I'll say fact.

Next: Sasuke killed Manda.

 

Well the snake died because Sasuke used it to block Deidara's attack. He killed it in an indirect way. So in a way it is fact. But Deidara's attack was the one that killed it. So in a way fiction. But if Sasuke didn't summon it then it wouldn't have been killed. Sasuke may have been dead. So I'll say Fact.

Next: Sasori was defeated by Naruto.

 

He was defeated by Naruto the series in the most ridiculous display of what some of us call "Plot no Jutsu".

 

Correct. I thought it would be an awesome technique because he trained for it. He took out Sasori rather fast which annoyed me. Even the jutsu was lame. But I liked how it affects on a cell level. Your Turn

 

Tsunade trains Sakura while Naruto is away.

 

Technically, no. We see that Sakura had already started training before Naruto actually departs with Jiraiya (at least that's how it plays out in the manga). Though I guess considering the wording of your statement, she is still being trained while Naruto is away, yes. But it doesn't all take place then.
