.hack/legend of the twighlight & .hack//sign

I'm pretty sure they are two different storys. what is .hack//sign exactly I've heard of a anime but not a manga? (I have read legend of the twighlight)

and also for those who have read/seen both which is your fav.

 

I like .hack//sign that`s my favorite

 

Only .hack//sign for me. I love Mimiru and Bear so i just love that MORE!

 

There's three volumes in the legend of the twilight series, so it shouldn't be hard to collect.
