Creative Writing Happiness

In tears as I write this. Inspired by "Already There" - Lonestar.

There's a light of a promise of happiness
I see in your eyes that i've never seen

All i've ever glanced at in your eyes so far
have been mixed emotions about everything

and now that I see you with a smile
I can't take that away. I can't say no.

It'll take every inch of my heart to do it.
But I know i've got to let you go..

I can imagine a picture of a future
Burning so bright. Filled with light.

I'll have to endure alot of lonely nights..
and many times i'll have to cry..

But just knowing that you'll be happy..
gives me the strength to say it's alright.

I love you.
Follow your dreams.
Whatever is in them.

My boyfriend..eh. He was going to join the army and was pretty set on it. The army didn't accept him because of medical reasons so..

the only thing this poem can stand for now is the fact my mom is trying to get me to move away with her. >.<
