I would like to have the scroll background to be transparent for the color I want isn't available by html color chart.

    HTML used:

    <form ACTION=URI><textarea rows="20" cols="60" style="background-color:#1B3F8B; font-family:verdana; color:#FFFFFF; border-style:solid">TEXT IS HERE </textarea></form>

I could only get the background color to be #1B3F8B alaska sky

    HTML box:

And I still want the color to be #FFFFFF

    Please help and thank you
