HTML and Scripting help,photo imaging

    i'm going to download this free imaging software(something like adobe)it's from a website called www.gimp.orgi was wondering does anyone use it and is there a website out there for a guide for it to use it.i'm pretty new to this and i want to be able to learn how to make my first signiture picture.so if you can point me in the right direction,that would be much thanks.:)

    I guess the best way to know how a photo imaging program works is by messing around with it and see what does each thing do! :p

    But before you start making your personal sig, you should know the rules of having one =]

    okay,thanks for your help,my dad says he has a friend that could let me borrow his adobe photoshop 4 something i believe but for now i'm just going to use this free version
    and i'll also read the signiture rules too
