Help Wanted!

Hi everyone ok here is the deal. OK im encoding Dragonball,Z,GT in better quality i need help. I need subtitlers, i need people who have dragonball z dvds that have jap on them, I need people who have i-channel episodes of dragonball Z, I also need people who know how to correct videos, and i also need people who know how to do audio.
