    Hello Cho Cho Chan! Enjoy your stay here. To answer your question nyozeka, I need to know if you mean "thread." I know there is an icon in every section where the threads are located. To start a new thread, go to the section you think your topic relates most to. Click on the icon and type.

    My explanations are somewhat hard to read. Anyone else would like to help me clarify?

    Or your could check out the newbies threads or "help" thread. Other options: pm a moderater.

    You include anything on the bottom of your post. It is called a signature. PM moderators or check out the "help" forums.

    Don't forget to check out the signature rules before creating a signature.
