    I'm somewhere in the middle of reading Volume 5, and I just finished Hinata 37: Lovely Goku and her Funtastic Friends last night. Here's the question: What was the point? Is that not the most overused legend in all of Asia, or is it my imagination?
    Although Naru did play a good monkey.

    That's the most famous piece of history and myth in China. I have read the story about it, and yes, it has influenced alot of animes, such as Dragonball Z, which was "build" from Son Wukong.

    I guess it's along the lines of how many European and American things are based on the whole King Arthur bit ... I guess it's not so bad. Still, had I not been one of those myth/history people, then reading this chapter would have been a headache.
