If you're anything like me, by now you've gotten really into this (relatively new) manga called Death Note, story by Ooba Tsugumi, art by Obata Takeshi.

In any case, whether you have or whether you haven't, it's definitely an amazing read, and currently unlicensed in North America (meaning you can get loads of scanlations!). I urge you to do so, because...

Thoughts?

I think that Fujiwara Tatsuya of Battle Royale fame is an awesome choice for Light, but I'm unsure of Matsuyama Ken'ichi.

 

I personnal can't wait to see it. My background right now is a single image of the movie poster of Light. I like how they show the apple moving up and down in one of your links.
