She stood on the balcony, facing the water and smiled to herself, thinking of her childhood.

It had been so long since she could just watch the waves and their motions.

It was motion that drew her to this place, emotion that kept her here.

Yet even with her lust for the tide, she still feared what was beyond the safety of her home.

Angoraphobic, afraid of large spaces, and not quite sure of the dark abyss that lay beneath her heightened platform.

Her first years had been in this house, surrounded by the sounds of water and it's motion.

It was all about the motions.

Everything, from the time she took tap dancing, to the moment she fell in love with Electronica music.

It had rhythem, it had a beat and most of all, it kept her wishing for more.

So now, with noose tied around her fragile neck, she heaved herself onto the obsidian railing and let herself topple towards the sea.

The rope did it's job, cutting off her air supply at she jerked with a large snapping of her bindings.

And as she had thought, as was her last thought, her body swung with a motion all it's own.

    Even suicide had motion.
