Naruto Naruto: Shippuuden the Movie (Movie 4)

There isn't much released as of info on this but here is what I got.

The movie will be released in theaters (in Japan) on August 4, 2007.

Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Neji Hyuga, Rock Lee, and Choji Akimichi will be the main characters.

The only detail about the plot given is the vague headline that "Naruto dies."

That is way to big of a thing to say. And not give us more.

His death seems to be the main point of the movie, or rather, it's gonna happen very early, if not right off the bat. My guess is that the point of the movie is either to being Naruto back to life (somehow), or avenge his death.

If he does in fact end up dead in the end (50/50 chance), then it's stupid, because the creators kept fans busy with 200+ episodes, in which he spends half the time saying about how he wants to be Hokage (ie. ALIVE), it's seem lame to just kill him.

Though I'm curious to as of WHO kills him. In the trailer, you see shadows, and I'm guessing that's the Ikatsuki, but I'm not that far in, and do not know (or want to know) their fate.

Either way, it seems more interesting than the other God knows how many movies, so I might watch it before it gets here legally.

It said Akamatsu like characters. Not sure what that means.

I want to know more on how he dies.

If anything Naruto dies he will be brought back to life. Maybe it was an illusion or something. Either way I want to see this movie. So Apirl...

Most of the time the Movies have either nothing to do with the story, little to do, or retelling the storyline. This case Naruto's Movies have nothing to do with the storyline. So 200 episodes and Shippuden's 20 are still intact.

I doubt he will stay dead. Not just for the fact that he wants to be hokage. He is the main character in the series that has gotten popular. You really can't kill him off in a movie. Or maybe for shock value they will.

Shippuden has started. Second Season of Naruto. So I doubt he will stay dead. Though it seams to have gotten a lot of attention.

 

Hey is the movie going to be in US theaters in April also or just Japan.

 

Just japan. US theaters are no were close to how far the anime is out.

 

And it will be out on DVD April 23.

So look for the fansub late April or early may.
