Roleplaying Games New RPG?

I am thinking about doing a RPG based on an Anime. One that will actually finish. I think I have only been part of one RPG that has finished.

A few ideas with a small statement for each. Whatever is asked I will elaborate on.

1. Anime High School

Unless FR and Seishin are still planning this one.

Otherwise…this one.

2. Inu-yasha

Last remaining shards

3. Naruto
I have several ideas for this one.
a. Current characters on a mission
b. New characters in Ninja Academy then to where they get their teachers (few missions) then to Chuuin Exam
c. New Characters with a mission

4. Yu Yu Hakusho
Characters need to get back some high power dark artifacts before the demon world opens into the mortal world

5. One Piece
Two ideas with their own Story Arc’s
A.Current crew
B.New crew

6. Anime Tournament
Fight until 1 person standing

7. Anime Hotel Mystery

All anime characters are invited to a hotel. But someone was killed by another. So 1 person will play victim other the murder. Need to find the means, motive, and the opportunity. A murder mystery.

8. Sailor Moon E (eternal)

New story Arc. New Villains. New Transformation.

9. Transformers

Autobots verses the Deceptacons. Trying to recover something.

10. .hack//Destruction
Using some of the old characters a new problem happens.

11. FF7
Geo-stigma returns. Along with the villains and a new one along with new people maybe.

12. Death Note
2 sides. One Kira. One Detective’s. Someone plays Kira giving hints to real name and identity were the Detective with the police force try to guess. People can play Ryuu. Up to 3 Kira’s. (1 Ryuu, two are part of the human world)

13. Chrono Crusade

14. KIBA
Based from this. People can cast Shards and control “Spirits”. Enemy wants to steal all the spirits.

15. Black Blood Brothers
Based from this. Vampire RPG. Try to stop the Kowloon Children.

16. Neon Genesis Evangelion
Once again the Angel’s return. NERV activated.
A. old characters.
B. New characters but with the old characters (pilots) incharge of NERV.

17. Bleach

Was thinking of FMA also but that one has one that hasn't even gotten started.

Okay I think that is enough. I said few...heh

Who is in to roleplay one of these? And say which one.

 

AHS is a no. Let's just let it lie dead in peace instead of trying to recreate it.

We don't have many members who are interested in roleplay. We should wait till more memebrs join and let them make their own rpgs.

 

Actually out of them members we have are ME, FR, BMS (sometimes), Seishin and Nameless (sometimes), Hiro, Shinigami, maybe Peachy and User18, and Yukiko. And Athena when she pops back up again.

That is more then enough people to get rolling on a RPG.

Letting it sit isn't going to get people to join in. Letting anything sit isn't going to make the problem go away.

People join in when there are RPGs to join into. Once that happens people will probably create their own.

If anything why isn't BJP on the major search engines?

I ran a search of RPG Forum Basher. I got nothing for 10 pages. I could fill up 10 pages alone by how much I have posted.

for the bleach rpg what would be the story line for it

 

I don't knwo about htose but it would be nice to have an RPG where people actually played. I do agree that doing nothing won't attract anyone to the site. If it was meant to be though we will have an RPG where people will ACTUALLY want to play and play and then we will get rolling again but other then that I don't know....

 

For Bleach I was thinking of two things. Both General. Added in detail if decided.

1. The shinigami in Soul Society have received word about the where abouts of the Orb of Distortion. It is hidden in a chamber inside Hueco Mundo. Characters try to retrieve the Orb of Distortion. Arrcanar try to stop it. Upon going there to the chamber they learn that the Orb of Distortion is placed inside a person. But for what means?

Hueco Mundo is the area between the human world and Soul Society. Also known as Hollow World.

Orb of Distortion is the thing that creates Arrancar.

Roleplay Old characters.

2. The war between Soul Society and Arrcanar has started. 1,000 years later it ends. Soul Society wins believing that the Orb of Distortion has been destroyed along with Aizen. They start to rebuild Soul Society. Then Arrcanar start to appear again.

Possibility to Roleplay old characters (shinigami) and new characters.

Or (Thought on the fly)

Gotei 13 Academy (Soul Society Academy)

After Aizen and his comrades have left Soul Society positions have opened inside the Gotei 13. They look to the Academy students to for fill it. But an Agent inside it is working with Aizen to try and gain shinigami if not kill them.

New Characters and teachers to RP.

Any suggestions?

There are plenty of Anime out there. I just gave a general idea. We can all decide on one together. I am rather good at coming up with storylines from Anime. I know a few others are also.

I am feeling rather odd. I kind of want to see Sailor Moon E with new mermaid transformations. Heh.

Samurai 7? Well we can always take the remaining samurai to help another village from the Bandits. Find new Samurai to fill up the rest.

I have seen loads of Zoids and DB based ones but I am not to sure about those...

For Naruto start off in Ninja Academy.

I don't care what we play as long as (If it's a manga/anime) I have read it (No duh) I kinda want to play a basic roleplay so I can make up a character....

 

I think original, basic roleplays need to make a comeback.

I also think the roleplayers themselves should start these threads rather than waiting for mods to think something up, hint hint everyone.

 

But I'm too lazy FR! I'd rather wait for someone to make one then join... lol. Plus school is a B**** with 18 credit hours, all I can do is play an rpg or something... my mind isnt allowed any creativity other then that lol

I have a werid idea that deals with spirits of Earth, Fire, Air, Water, Lightning, Ice, Light, Dark, and Illusions. But need the antagonist.
