Let's say ninja academy exams? chunin exams? when they get new teachers?

 

How about ninja academy exams. Then we can like.. make up a plot and not be stuck to a storyline or anything.

Okay for the storyline start off with Ninja academy.

From there pick Characters.

Now for the RPG where should it go?

We can go into training groups 3 man.

or?

 

Yeah groups of three... then come up with a mission... Something/one goes missing(aka stolen) THey get attack
