This, like the Skulk, is a race from the MUD Lensmoor that I've drawn. Here is the basic description given by the game:

Small and dark skinned, leathery like, with tiny bat
like wings, small stubby horns and rather hairy
bodies, the Alaemn are a small impish creature.
Wicked in nature with a trickster mindset they
tend to be not quite as smart as others but fairly
    strong and stout.

Alaemn can see in the dark, and can fly. Their hands
end in sharp natural claws. They do not heal well
    outdoors.

And here is my interpretation (thankfully, unlike the Skulk one which I have yet to submit, has been approved by one of the Immortals (administrators) of the game):

I mean to color in the fleshy bits of the wing with the pencil but just never got around to it. I'm fairly satisfied with this one. Not much to say about it. Just wish I could get the hang of shading properly.

EDIT: I just realized a bit of explanation is in order. The little diagram shows a Louryl, which is the typical humanoid race in one of the two continents (Antrippa). The races on that continent consist of Louryls (Elvish/Faeish humans for the most part. Very pretty), Skulks, Alaemn, Orcs, Gandors (tribal volcanic people), Arachaians (spider-people. Durr) and Cyclopseseseses. I used a Louryl in that diagram as they are, typically, of the average height (five to six feet) and a just-comparison to show an Alaemn's height (generally two and a half to three and a half feet).

This one I like better than the skulk. The hair on the monster was executed nicely.

Shading can be a pain. I forgot what my art teacher said about it.

    I like this monster.
