Creative Writing Random .6

I could swallow my heart with this tension,
The corners of my eyes spilling tears all around me.
I could taste the silence in every breathe,
I'll just assume you're all I know how to believe.

I hate to do this but I'm leaving,
Bags packed, sitting in the corner alone.
I hate admitting defeat here,
But this isn't my fight and I plan on going home.

With the beat of the drums, I'm abandoned.
Tossed out with the waste of days gone by.
Insanely lost as to where to go from here,
But atleast now my cheek have dried.
