HotScripts.com is a good site. It has a huge collection of scripts in almost every programming/scripting language.

http://www.infoscripts.com/
Infoscripts.com isn't too bad either. Again, plenty of scripts in a variety of languages to suit many peoples tastes.


Bulletin Boards
Free
phpBB2 - http://www.phpbb.com/
I'd have to say that phpBB2 is the worlds most popular free bulletin board. As well as being easy enough to install it comes with a variety of features and they have great support for their product on their website. They also have a huge community following.

YABB - http://www.yabbforum.com/
YABB is another popular bulletin board system. Loads of features and a good community following.

Invision - http://www.invisionboard.com
After phpBB, Invision is perhaps the most popular free bulletin board. It has a reasonable amount of features, it's easy to install and has lots of support and extra features for download.

Not Free
vBulletin - http://www.vbulletin.com/
This would be, in my (Slydice's) opinion the most powerful Bulletin Board out at the moment (July 2004) that you can pay for. Lots of features including a calender, good communty support and much more. Of course the only minus is that it costs money.

 

Free Forums are also avaliable at conforums.com
it offers a free message board, which is customizable using hundreds of features avaliable.
