Art *Signature Banner request*

How do you guys make these banners? If someone's willing to teach me I'll happyly make banners for other people....

I am probably the only one here who does... but I use Paint Shop Pro 8... I just dont understand Photoshop... And i just learned by messin around with it till i was semi good

Make Neo a sig out of this picture.
The piccy is from Kingdom Hearts II!

I was looking for a pic of him holding his dark keyblade when I found this one.
That sig looks good. Now I must decide whether to use that one are the one I just made.
