signature

I can't seem to get my signature to appear. when i typ something for my signature it will appear but when i try and put one of my pichures then all i see is a X. Could someone tell me what's going on and why i can't put anything down PLEASE!!!

 

That depends how you are doing it. Are you copying and pasting? Or are you simply directing a link? You may want to check exactly what you are doing. If it still doesent work, ask one of the moderators and im sure they will give you a reason why this is happening!

set up a photobucket account, and just use the url from the bucket~

 

soory I could'nt reply earler was busy but when i try and make a pichure appear in my signature I click on the butten that looks like it has mountain and then put in the name of the pichure. (Example http:// uchihamishira
I don't put a space between http and uchihamishira I just did it now because it kept showing that as a website.

 

I had the same problem as you do heres what to do.

1) go to an image hosting site like http://tinypic.com/

2) you go to browse and find the pic you want to be hosted on there.

3) click host it once you are done.

4) then scroll to the bottom of the page and the pics address will be there.

5) on the one where it says Img copy down the URL code and put it in your signature box on the boards *here* ..the white box.

6) once you are done with this your sig should show up.

you can't just upload it off your computer.

 

Umm, if you simply put the name of the image after the "http://" then it won't work. You'd have to put in the whole URL.

Ie. http://www.boards.jp/web/shinryu/images/Cherry.jpg is the URL for the next picture, if you click on it, you'll see the picture.

Fixed. All images are now in my image folder, and all avatars to be submitted are in my Avatars folder.

Too large signatures I guess it's what you're saying
