i've got to say that Aoshi from rurouni kenshin is the best looking chracter ever.What do u guys think? :sweat:

 

I'm rather taken with Youko myself Score another point for the character design of that series.

Haruka and Megumi from RahXephon are pretty dang cute too.

There's a lot of hot, cute, what so more anime characters but right now I choose Filia ul Copt from Slayers TRY. She has an elegant and innocent look to her and I like it
