It all sounds well played and all but you have a lot on the high end and almost nothing on the low end. Don't be afraid to EQ this baby and pull the Bass forward. Give it some body and feel to help round out the overall sound. A heavy bottom end will help with the 'tinny' high end feel you have now.

i agree with wert. especially with metal you need more bottom end. it needs to crunch. ^^.
if its open to ideas...
it could use a more interesting drum track in parts i think.
the backing guitar is too loud in some sections, and cause it doesn't change much it starts to sound monotonous. i think if you brought the lead guitar and bass up it'd fix that...
when you're mixing, try adding some pan.
other than that... (apart from a few out of time places. )
the riff that starts at about 1:00 mark sounds really cool. i'd love to hear it with a bit more of a sitar sound to it.:catgirl:
