    The 'o' particle on a noun like that isn't exactly the same as doing one of our english 'his' or 'her' things... although it does work in what I think of offhand... Something I'll say here is that the 'o' particle marks the subject of a japanese sentance...

    'Kanojo o tasukarimashita' -- (I, you, he, her...) helped her.

    Hmm... I need to get to work on that japanese learning site soon.

    Here's a word from this weird book I found that is called "Shibuya GAL gojiten". I'm not really sure if people use these terms much though, but I kind of think they're cool. (They're the shortened versions of words used in Japanese)

    Oru: "tetsuya" : Staying up all night to work (studying, ect...)

    Bukuro: "Inkibukuro" : The place Inkibukuro in Tokyo
