I use Polykarbon: Tutorials! It's great, but there haven't been any updates in ages!

But still, it's helped me a lot in my quest to (try to) draw anime/manga characters......I've gots quite a long way to go..

I would post 'em. Really, I would! But I don't gots a scanner, and I dun wanna bug my friends to scan things for me. Besides, when I get my own scanner I can edit the pics just the way I likes 'em.
