    i couldn't read it. i skimed and saw a couple things. i ****ing hate large dogs sooo bad, and that doesn't help.

    i actually saw something like that one my way to work one day, only it was a car that got it and i will NEVER forget what i saw. it was just howling and it wasn't just a rip on it's side.

    i will never let any animal of mine free roam. hell, i'm prolly gonna be one of those people to take the poor things in.

    sorry, this hit a cord with me. i'm gonna go finish up crying. ;-;

    Tender little story there. Unfortunately my black coal of a heart would not let me cry, and I'm a cat person too. o_O;

    Guess I'm a robot, too.

    Probably would have hit me harder if it wasn't so hard to read the white text against the picture. At the very least, had it not been an image I could have highlighted the text to read. But yeah, no tears here. Not even close.

    What really hit me a few months ago was watching some video online of a guy douse a cat in gasoline and stuff it into a cage then light it on fire. I cried for god knows how long after that one. =[

    To revel in the mindless torture of another creature for the simple gratification of being in absolute control- that's not human, that's monstrous.

    What is human? It is not knowing right from wrong. For "animals" (Not human) are the only ones that kill for good reasons. i.e. survival.

    What is human? compassion? sympathy? or consideration? Where was that when the first kitty died? And countless others?

    Human is being a bipedal primate mammal. A mammal and human is an animal.

    I don't condone the act or justify it. BUT

    "Technically it is Human....one that's totally mental but still human..."

    Neo said it best.

    Quoted before even posting...Only you Basher

    I don't know why people .are surprised. Why is it that people think human beings should be these ultimate creatures that will give a helping hand to anything in need when that completely isn't the case?

    Human beings are primarily selfish devious creatures and if it doesn't effect their lives they'll ignore it. Passing it by as if it doesn't exsist. Sure it's sad, but that's life.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

    I'll say it again- To revel in the mindless torture of another creature for the simple gratification of being in absolute control- that's not human, that's monstrous.

    We're great at trying to define human, but what about monster? We're great at detailing the differences between human and animals, but what about the difference between a human and a monster? Both are ideological names created by human beings, however both carry a huge social weight with them, such a weight that entire societies have been built around thier ideas. The argument is not whether or not this guy is a human or an animal, it's whether or not he's a human, or a monster.
