We Have A Winner!

According to our community calendar, today marks the end of the M2A Easter Egg Hunt. I'd like to thank everyone who participated, and I hope you had fun looking! We had a great set of entries - every single one sent in contained the full and correct 40 links! Therefore, I had to fall back on my tie-breaker to decide the winner by who sent in their solution the quickest...

And that would be TamaKameKami, who sent in his results within a few hours after the contest was posted! Trigger happy, or just with time to spare, it doesn't matter...he's won it!

Thanks again to all entrants, it was a real close call. Maybe next time, I'll have to hide those things a little better....

Y DONT U GUYS TRY 2 E-MAIL US NOTIFYING US THAT THERE IS A CONTEST IS GOING ON, OR THERE ARE OTHER BRAKING NEWS GOING ON ..

* I REPEAT .. HOW AM I GOING 2 KNOW THAT THERE ARE CONTESTS ARE GOING .. I AM BUSY STUDYING FOR THESE F****** -UNFINISHING- EXAMS FOR GOD'S SAKE .. ! I AM NOT FREE TO SEE M2A ((EVERY DAY)) .. I must say you have brought up a good point, although the contest has been running for a full two weeks now...If you don't believe me, you can check the main page, and the date of the News post announcing it...

In most cases, we try to alot enough time for contest entries and for any preparations needed for participation. As the easter egg contest was not a very big event, I felt two week's notice would be enough. If it wasn't I do apologize.

Your final point is fully doable, using member e-mails to announce contest and major news items for m2a. The only real problem here is that some users would prefer to not receive such mail....hmmm, I believe a poll is in order here...

You are quite in your own right to speak your opinion, Zanza. In the future, we will try to make major events more visible to the community they are designed for.

I have a lot of projects due this week, anyways, I AM VERY HAPPY I HAVE JEFF ON MY MSN LIST!!! Right when I found out about the contest, (which was on the very same day BMS posted it) he already messaged me that he found all the links and sent them!!!
