    The swords. The characters. The philosophies. The storyline. The music... I love it all ^_^x

    The greatest part of Kenshin to me is the fact that Kenshin was once Hitokiri and through his experiences was changed into Rurouni.

    I agree with Guy on all aspects, but I'm not really a philosophical person.

    I'd say the character development is what I liked the most. Many of them grow on you over time, and even many of the villains have detailed backgrounds and personalities that really make them stand out as people, not just obstacles or "bad guys". There were many memorable moments along the way, and the development of characters really got me into the plot on the level of actually caring what happened to them, or anxious to see how their next chosen action would affect them.

    The fighting is great, the history is entertaining, and the music is fitting. But characters really made it for me.

    lovehieikenshin,

    There's no need to reply after everyone thaking them. :)

    Generally, these posts are frowned upon because they don't really add anything to the discussion. In the future, try and add a bit more to your replies if you're merely thanking someone.

    Eh, and the big font is a bit hard on the eyes. Could you use it a bit less? ^^;

    My personal favorites are the characters and storyline, especially Kenshin's past. I also enjoy the interesting way historical facts are utilized; such as Saitou being a real person and most characters based off of actual historical figures, most of the Shinsengumi, among other things.

    (Of the Shinsengumi: Soujirou is based off of Okita Souji, Kanryuu off of Takeda Kanryuusai, Sano off of Harada Sanosuke, Shishio off of Serizawa Kamo, Aoshi off of Hijikata Toshizo, Henya off of Yamazaki Susumu, and Anji off of Shimada Kai, and maybe more.)

    lovehieikenshin;
    look at this:
    And see what you did here:
    You might think that what BakaMattSu said was only about thanking people, but its actually goes to all the post, posts shouldn't include useless stuff in it :)

    And see here:
    ThatGuy! told you about the fact that there is another "who is your fav character" forum, so no need to talk about it again here, BUT, look here:
    You asked AGAIN, I don't about anyone, but I think you are ignoring warnings or you are trying to get banned. :)
    But I don't care, you are bringing this to yourself, and *you* are the one who will get banned, not *me* :p

    As for me, I liked its well shaped history and comedy!!

    Sir, i would like to officialy say that this thread alone could get you banned due to the spam.

    On the point i like the swordplay and humor. I like the authentic color of the blood, and the carachters. The storyline is also enjoyable.

    yes exactly. the way he entangled fiction with fact. the way each event in japanese history tied into the story. It was wonderful finding facts i didn't know. How he presented the Shinsengumi was great and ect. ect.
