    I loved the series and everything about it except for the Fox Lady Megumi. Did u know that the creater of Kenshin wanted to make Aoshi and Megumi a couple (vomit)
    So please choose the best couple from the names listed above and tell me why?

    In my opinion the best couple are Aoshi and Misao if only showed more affectiion to the poor inocent Misao :(

    I seriously would have to go with Sano with Megumi. You can just tell that Sano has a crush on Megumi.

    although I don't see Megumi with Aoshi...


    If we went characters out of Kenshin, I'd go with Sano and Misato from Eva!!

    Hmmmm...I'm thinkin' now that maybe Kenshin and Kaoru may be the best. Although Kaoru always beats Kenshin up.


    Tomoe was the best for Kenshin...have you seen the OVA's where Kenshin was still the Hitokiri Battousai.

    Sano and Megumi would be a good match.

    but, Tomoe all the way, she was perfect with Kenshin, but I believe for the Kenshin he was back then. Even for Kenshin, its time to move on in life...even if it means Kaoru.

    When I first saw the beginning of the series I thought that Sano and Koaru would like each other but then the FOX LADY :mad: APPEARED

    To tell you the truth guys, it is an opinion, everyone is free with their opinion, I love Aoshi with Misao, Kenshin with Kaoru (not with Tomoe though) ...
    That's all.. btw, if Sano -as you all say- likes Mugumi, how did he love Sayo?

    I just wanted add that the greatest couple were Kenshin with Koaru & Aoshi with Misao after watching more episodes that is :D

    Do u think that the creator of Rurouni Kenshin doesnt care about the ages of his couples...because Koaru is 17 years old and Kenshin is 28. This case also falls between Misao and Aoshi and also megumi who is much older than Sano.
    My theory is that if age was important to the creator he may have made Koaru and Sanosuke a couple because they are the only ones that have the least age difference between them [​IMG]

    Wow this is such an old thread. I still do believe that the creator believes that age doesnt matter when it comes to love :)

    anyway after watching all the eps and the ovas, I have changed my mind. Koaru and Kenshin are the best couple in Rurouni Kenshin *sniff*

    well one thing you have to remember is that age didnt matter as much back then. oh an Megumi is only 3 years older than Sano...Kaoru is 11 years younger than Kenshin and Misao is like 15-17 years younger than Aoshi.

    Yeah, Misao and Aoshi I never saw as much of a couple. They have a relationship, just not that one. ^_^

    And Kenshin was a few years younger than Tomoe. Tomoe even said he was a child when she first saw him. I'm a Tomoe supporter, though. It didn't matter much then. Alot of people didn't even know when they were born.

    Sano and Megumi, I dunno.

    i think if tomoae was still alive i would say kenshin and tomoae!!!!! but sano and magumi would be a perfect match!!! dont you think? and by the way who is fox lady?

    nut i thought that miss magumi was the same age as kenshin!!!!!!

    And btw, nooo, Kenshin is 28... and Megumi is only 20. Kenni is much older than the rest of them. He was born in 1849... or was it 1847? *thinks* Oh well...

    here are the ages for all the characters
    there is some conrtoversy over the ages...for reference i turn to the Kenshin Hiden Book. the manga gives no date as to when it takes place other than it states that Kenshin is 28...now the first episode of the anime says that its Meiji 11 as does the manga. if thats correct then Kenshin is 29 not 28.

    these ages are what are posted in the Kenshin Hiden Book so they are *OFFICIAL* do *not* flame me if you think otherwise...

    oh and i think Kenshin + Tomoe, Sano + Megumi, Yahiko + Tsubame...Kaoru should go find someone else and Saitou is married already...

    I think Kenshin and Tomoe, and nothings gonna change my mind....... Then again I havent seen him with Kaoru EVER because CN sucks DONG and doesnt buy ANYTHING that involves the word "New" or "episodes"
