Ok this one isn't like the others for it does not ryhme, but it pretty much sums up what love has been like for me.

    I've been branded and notched,
    Scratched and sliced.
    The whip was brandished,
    A torture device.
    One end in their hand,
    One around my neck.
    The whip of love,
    Turned to hate.
    As it bit deeper,
    I screamed in pain.
    Screamed for a love,
    That had gone insane.
    They said those words,
    You know the ones.
    Then snapped the whip,
    Thinking me done.
    But not quite yet,
    I shall not cry.
    I'll endlessly suffer,
    But never die.

Hmmm. Different. It definitely is interesting. Only thing I would do is separate it into sections. To me it always adds more emphases.
