    Is it Stiltzkin,the traveling moogle of FFIX?


    He tried to help out the Zidane and the group but you only see him in a couple of places.

    (The description you give is a little vague,it can refer to any NPC that gave the party(of any Final Fantasy)help.)

    erm no, as far as I know.....Rinoa kind of met Squall and the gang very often...cmon ppl... they have only met i think ONCE in their entire lives...but this person still fight with them every day...hwo is that possible? Mindstorm guys..cmon..you can do it

    Okay,it's starting to sound like a summon.(or GF,whatever you want to call them.....)My guess now is Ramuh,from FFIX.You talk to him once and you can summon him to help you.Since there is a summoner (Dagger),Ramuh "travels" alongside the party.

    Hmm..Read closely and you'll find the phrase: Person. So no..It is not Ramuh..but good guess.... Maybe it will help you that i say that i have only played (I've tried the rest, but i haven't "played" it) FFVII and upwards to FFX.....

    I'm suprised noone said Cait Sith/Tseng(that is who it is, isn't it?) yet. He fights with the party throughout the game, but only meets them like once.
