What is the Thing for the PC I would like most ^_^.

    I want a few things

    1- a Currently un-released NV35 Video card (aka Geforce FX2)
2- an nVidia Nforce Ultra 400 Mobo
    3- An Enermax 550W P/S
4- An AMD Throughbred B0 stepping
    5- and 2 120Gb Western Digital 8MB cache in a RAID 0 config

or change 2 and 4 for a Athlon64 and supporting mobo

Sounds good! but what is the the cost of those you've mentioned? I need to upgrade my computer as well soon. I'm hoping to get 512 ddram and a Geforce 4 Though I have 40gb hard drive space, I'm actually happy with it because makes me think and manage with what is in my PC and what is not. That way I can ensure I don't download something and leave it sitting in the corner wasting space. I also heard that bunging in more hard drive space slows down the general performance of the PC.

1- the NV35 must be around 400$ easy, the nforce ultra 400 mobo like 170$ or so, the enermax like 140$ or more, the Amd stepping B0 like 50$~80$,the HDDs like 300$ or more includling the RAID 0 controller...

2-512MB of DDR, mine cost 160$, the NV25 or GForce4 depends the one you want, i'm not sure of all there pricings

    3- I only have 19GBs of HDD space, 1 15GB and a 4GB one...

4-not in my case.... What slows down the PC is the programs/processes running in the PC background

Thnx for info. Well the 512 ddram seems to be a reasonable price, converting $160 to £...that would be £106. I can afford that.

You can get 512 megs of ddr for a LOT less than $160. Use Pricewatch.com.
