I'm now remembering that I saw this at Yamano Music, Ginza (11/99)
(which tends to be well stocked in Tomita). It was so dull looking I
forgot about it. I was busy tracking down something else. (I bought
"Dawn Chorus" since I went all the way out there)

As for "Storm from the East", I saw no new copies. Only used ones, which
weren't too hard to find (unlike Misty Kid of Wind). I wouldn't be
surprised if its out of print. Soundtrack dealers may still have them
    sitting around.
