    They have just announced the brand new World of Warcraft expantion on Day 1 of Blizzcon, Wrath Of The Lich King.
    Some of the new features will be:
    Death Knight World of Warcrafts' 1st Hero Class.
    New Continent, Northrend - The "Outland" Of The New expantion.
    Level Cap Raised to 80 - New Spells And New Talents
    New Profession - Inscription - The Craft Of Spell Augmentaion.
    Siege Warfare, Destructible Buildings - Siege Engines To Destroy Destructible Buildings In Your Path.
    New Hair Styles And Dances - More Ways To Customize Your Character.
    New Dungeons, Even On Azeroth New Loot And New Monsters.

    I think this is going to be awesome except for the part about getting to level 80 after taking so much time to get to 70. I've yet to see a release date maybe some of you guys have?

    They are not ending the milkage of the WoW fanatics...

    Then again, it's Blizzard Entertainment. I'd buy 15 copies of StarCraft II.

    I feel the same way lol. I was just thinking all my hard earned PvP grind epics are soon to be replaced by greens. :( I wonder if they will make new mounts that will cost 10k to get..... that would be the day.....

    When i hit just hit 60 i have to hit 70 when i just hit 70 i have to hit 80 >.>

    80 will be a pain =(

    Im curious on how the Death Knight will be balanced out

    Can any class be a Death Knight since it will start later on in the game or only like melle classes? I think they could use some more classes 1 is a start but I still think they could use like 3 more. I said that there's new instances on Azeroth you think for level 70-80 or like new 10-57 instances?

    I am just so glad I quit playing.

    Part of me misses the game but...

    Don't want to get involved again. It would be nice to know the new races though. It's not coming out for a while though.

    Oh nice so you have to unlock Death Knight and then your like already half way there. I hope they release a caster hero class... hehe I like casters >.<

    But the way this looks with the hero class and everything It makes me think everyone will Abandon the old classes and you'll see death knights everywhere Death knight also doesn't seem to have many weakness either

    Nah. Blizzard has commented that they were happy with the leveling time curve for 60-70 and that they want a similar progression rate for 70-80.

    Shouldn't be bad. My rogue was 70 in a little over a week past release.

    It was disheartening that all my months in MC, BWL, AQ and Naxx amounted to squat by the time I hit mid 60s and I remember the guild just flabbergasted by even random greens in Outland. But that's the nature of the MMO and mudflation. As long as you accept early on that everything you do today will mean squat next level cap, it won't hit as hard.

    It will be interesting to see how the new dynamic of a hero fits (or doesn't fit) with the existing classes of the game. Is there really room for yet another DPSer?

    I've seen nothing about a new playable race - conjecture at this point I'd say.

    If nothing else, I will say I'm looking forward to seeing Dalaran moved up north and floating in the sky. (I always thought Vane from Lunar was neat)

    They will balance it whatsoever. Blizzard are known for having rather balanced races / class.
