X/1999 forum

I think there should be an X/1999 forum... cus it is so awsome and i just think we should.

 

the thing is... i dont want to crowd up the CLAMP forum with nothin but X/1999... other CLAMP manga fans might not be to pleased....

Why would it be crowded? If X was THAT popular around here, it would have had its forum before CLAMP. We're not going to destroy the CLAMP forum because you and two other people think it should have its own forum. The CLAMP Forum is there, and you will discuss X/1999 in there. If it becomes too crowded, which I doubt will happen, it can have its own subforum at best. But until that, like I said, I really doubt it.

Besides X/1999 is so not worthy of it's own forum. It's a crappy anime and is some more of CLAMP trying to prove they can do every type of manga.
If X/1999 deserves it's own forum than both YuYuHakusho and Yu-Gi-Oh would'v ehad their own forum months ago

 

I know I'm not a mod or anything, and dont take this as an insilt, but that only happens to be your opinion. I persoanly like the movie, but that dosn't mean it need's it's own forum just cause I like it, but that also dosn't mean it dosn't deserve one cause you dont like it. I'm sorry if this ticks anyone off or takes it as an insult, but I've noticed some really mean things coming from some people here. Namly the mods. No offence or anything, cause I happen to be friends with a few of the mods, and resepct them, but It's true.

 

The fact of the matter is, it's a part of something that's already a forum, so at best, it should have a sub-forum, if even that. That'd be like giving Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT each their own forum. Well, sort of... but you catch my drift.

 

Of course. I just had to get that off my chest. I might have blown up otherwise. But anyway, I dont mind about the outcome of this thread. I like both Idea's so it dosn't matter.

 

What you don't understand is there's already a CLAMP Forum. Requests like this one should just be sent to the WasteBasket. We kinda don't have to be this way or else there would be even more requests like this one. The CLAMP Forum IS for animes made by CLAMP. X IS an anime made by CLAMP. End of the story. It already has a place of Its own. I'm not being mean. I'm telling the truth. If you call it mean, you're just being downright idiotic.

It's not just my opinion, it's the opinion of thousands of people. X isn't even liekd among the CLAMP obsessers. Isn't that a bit of a sign? it's pure crap, it's like a stupid soap opera. Sure it's cool, but it's crap. Boohoo, eveyrone dies, kamui is left all alone, cry us a river. You migth as well watch your brother play Everquest.

And if you wanna argue dear you could send it out in a pm. That would've been perfectly fine sending a PM getting all that 'off your chest' cause then you wouldn't be made a fool out of by certain someones.

Not only unmarked spoilers, but unnecessarily cruel and judgemental. We are talking about a matter of opinion here and you have no right, whatsoever, to voice as the opinion of every single person. Sorry for this tidbit of a reality check, but just because you're a mod of something doesn't make you an expert or always right. Anyways, this thread should probably be closed now and the X/1999 thing taken to CLAMP.

 

Um I don't think it needs its own forum. Personally I'm not a big fan of X/1999, and i already has a space in the clamp forum. Also, If any anime from clamp should get its own forum shouldn't it be CCS? I mean that has a biggeer fan base than X/1999.

I don't want to bash this anime*or thread* to peices, so I'll leave it at that.

How true,Zack.But I think another thing that makes this post invalid in an arguement,FR,is that a lot CLAMP obsessors are used to soft stories(Notice how I didn't say "every single" CLAMP obsessor?).We have Card Captor Sakura,Chobits,Sailor Moon,etc.I'm not saying that only pussies like these animes.So no one post trying to flame me because you think I'm saying that.They are good,no doubt,but they are also fairly tame.No decapitations,bloody sword fights,or oceans of blood.Damn,can't something be a little different every once in a while?X is far from a soap opera.And if you want to say that watching X is like watching someone play Everquest,then I could say the same about Card Captor Sakura and Chinese Child Porn.Except the latter doesn't have magical cards.

 

How DARE you say Sailor Moon was made by CLAMP? Sailor Moon is made by the great, amazing Naoko Takeuchi! She isn't party of any studio such as CLAMP. You should go review your knowledge And it looks like you're trying to turn this into a debate. There's no need to justify anymore. X is part of the CLAMP Forum. End of the Story. Is that clear enough? And no I'm not trying to be rude, I'm trying to prevent further flaming / arguing / whatever.
