Movies Year of the Sequel!

There's a lot of sequels coming out this year ...
Shrek 2
The Whole Ten Yards
Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day ...
and many others.

What do you think of sequels? Feel free to add to this list, by the way.

 

Resident Evil: Apocalypse is coming out this year.
I'm not sure if Spider-Man 2 will be out in this year or not.

Some times I don't have much of a problem with sequels. Sometimes it can be a bit of a pain in the ***, like when they go into threes, fours, etc. (like the Batman movies). Batman, Jurassic Park and Disney movies.. only ones I really get bothered with by sequels.

 

Star Wars Episode 3 and Indiana Jones 4 are both in the works. X-men 3 is just starting to get underway.

 

You cant PC2 comes out this year... johnny depp, yumm.
well also lately you can notice all the movies made after comics too (X2, spiderman, X3-comin out soon, catwoman, etc.)

 

Looking forward to Shrek 2 and Pirates of the Carrabean 2.
I just hope that the quality of the films are the same as the first. I've heard a rumer that Shrek 2 might not be as good as the first.

 

From what I here, its going to be about Indiana Jones basically going for one last adventure before he retires. He is really sixty something years old in the movie competing against some young gun... at least thats the buzz floating around the internet.

Also, my father, who works in printing, was saying something about printing posters for an upcoming sequel to Ghost in the Shell. I have NOT however seen these yet. He said he was going to bring me some and then I'll confirm or deny their valdidity.

 

Advent Children, the computer animated FFVII sequel is coming out, but I don't know when. x_x;

I, for one, think the Shrek sequel will be worth it. Other than that I'm unsure.

 

Um.......Kill Bill Volume 2 anyone?

Oh yeah,and Shrek 1 blew,so it's no surprise that the second one is gonna be horrible as well.

I disliked the first Shrek movie. Though to make it all fair, I fell asleep during it... yeah, Mike Meyers and Eddie Murphy cracking moronic jokes isn't entertaining anymore.

And don't *even* get me started on Episode II.

However, Kill Bill Volume 2 I am most definitely looking forward to. After all, who doesn't love the violence and profanity-filled action-and-crack-pot-humor movies that Quentin's (in)famous for? I know I do.

 

I'm just going to *****.After all,it's my specialty.

Besides,it doesn't need to be backed up.It's crappiness speaks for itself.

Anyways,to keep up with this topic,I heard that there's a sequel to "The Bourne Identity" in the works.Any thoughts?

Fine. Be that way. No accounting for bad taste, as I like to say.
There's a whole series of Bourne books, by Robert Ludlum. I know some who compare him to how Tom Clancy was before he sold out. Anyway, the Bourne books are quite popular and the last movie was a lot of fun, so a sequel is no surprise.

 

I'm not looking forward to the next star wars film either. Episode 2 sucked, i fell asleep during it.

Defenatly looking forward to Kill Bill vol 2. As long as its as action filled with swords as it was with first.
