Saber Marionette Idea for a new SMJ AMV :)

    I've always had this idea but could never make it a reality. How about an AMV with the song "dragostea din tei" by O-zone? It would be fun, specially having the pontas (in JAgain) dancing all along the rythm :D

    I've been itching to do an AMV or two and I've had a few ideas for an SMJ one. 'Problem is I dont want to spend a grand on Premiere. Any other really good video editing programs out there?

    I'll keep an eye out for that song and see how it would slide in with the amazing dancing Pontas. :3

    Virtual dub works if you're just compiling a set of ordered clips. Used it for the AMV I was working on, but never finished (like so many other things).

    There's also AviDemux, an open source video editing suite, but I've not used it much.

    But silly me! I realized I had entered an SMJ clip when AMV Hell Championship Edition was being run. It didn't place, but I personally thought it was funny. Since I didn't share it then, I'll share it now - as soon as I compress the hell out of it for hosting that is...

    Hey, perhaps we could open an AMV how-to thread elsewhere to make our own videos! :D

    lol, I just only now realized what song you suggested luvweaver. I'm definately up for attempting something with it - it certainly has potential. :)

    As for an AMV how-to, AMV.org's tutorials are a good starting point:

    well... I got a premiere pro floating around in my HDD.......
    if someone could "feed me" the videos I could attempt at making it

    I don't know about the "numa numa" song for the video though o_O........

    Here's more or less my idea:

    Maia hee ... Pontas dancing and SMJ's smiling in the rythm. Maybe then castle japoness (Hikosaemon, for example) could be added.

    Alo... (-2:59) it could be Faust smiling. In the "salut" part, he could wave a glass of wine. Maybe mix it with Otaru

    -2:45, hanagata enters. Showing off his art and stuff.
