Full Metal Alchemist Pairings? 8O

SO HERE I AM. IN UR FMA FORUM, POSTING MY RETARDED SLASH THEORIES.


Nothing gives me more joy than fandom pairings. I relish in all the possibilities for pairings a show can give and all the whacked out pairings people come up with. So. DISCUSS. AMUSE. LOL. GET MAD. DO IT FOR THE LULZ. Heck, even post some images or fanfiction links, those are always good. :D


My favorite pairings:

For starters, pre-marriage HughesxRoy. This is my OTP. I love this pairing -- wait stratch that, I eat it for breakfast, lunch and supper and bathe in it too! It just makes me all happy. Why?
Rather than type out my explanation for it ALL OVER AGAIN FOR THE 10000000TH TIME, I'll just quote myself on the Fullmetal-Alchemist.com message boards. :3

RoyxWinry. YES I LIKE HET PAIRINGS TOO. I've loved this one since I started watching the series in fact. Yes I am fully aware of what became of Winry's parents as a result of a certain someone but that's probably the reason I like it in the first place. Oh angst and dysfunction...you two make me soooooooooo happy.


RoyxAl. IT'S CANON. NO, REALLY IT IS. There's 'easter eggs' on all the DVDs (go into chapter selection for an episode, move all the way over to the side, until you come across the ouroboros...click and watch) that are basically the previews for the next episodes, but with crack dialogue. And in one ROY IS ON A DATE WITH AL. (a date he won in a contest with Ed XD) FOR REAL. I LOL'D.
And...LOOK AT HOW CUTE IT IS.

You'll notice one pairing that isn't there and that's RoyxEd. I don't like RoyxEd, it's overdone. Unless of course....Ed is on top...then it's hilariously hawt! 8D


But in all seriousness, yes I very much love HughesxRoy, RoyxWinry, EnvyxRoy, RoyxAl and so on (except ArmstrongxRoy and Kimblee xRoy. Those ones I put there for roffles). I like almost the ones I listed although many of them are just ones I joke about. Typically, I am open to any pairing (except HughesxElicia. Just...no...no...D': ) so long as someone can write it well.

Ehh..EdxRoy or EdxRose. I never liked the whole WinryxEd thing..Just didn't seem to fit. I really love the idea of these two couples..though I shall never see who he truly ends up with..

 

EdxWinry actually does fit in the manga. In the manga she's admitted to being in love with him already.
