Watase Yuu Works Fushigi Yuugi Fans/Skater

    I was just helping another one of my board mates on another board, to identify shoes...and found out that Nike has come out with Dunk SB (skateboarding shoes) that represent the four animals seen in Fushigi Yuugi. These animals are representations of seasons and the cardinal directions.

    The Genbu: Zoom Air Regime
    The Seiryu: Zoom Tre
    The Suzaku: Zoom Abington
    The Byakko: Classic SB

    Those look nice.

    Not a favor for black and white though. Suzaku would be cool. I read they are releasing them with the seasons. So if I wanted it I would have to wait until summer. Which sucks cause my nikes need to be replaced.

    Anything with "Zoom" is very comfortable, but I feel they don't last long. I haven't had a pair of Nikes in about 5 years...maybe it's high time to get me a pair of Suzaku's in the summer!

    My nike's lasted many years. But it wasn't zoom. I figured since I liked them so much I might as well get another pair.

    My shoes USUALLY last many years -- except my etnies...which I love. I've burned through 5 pairs in three years. :( They're always my favorites too.

    3 pairs in 5 years at how much?

    I had my nike's used since...I don't remember. 2 years maybe. They were free.

    So I figure I want to buy a pair.

    But rats I want one by the end of the month.

    Depends, if we're talking about complete retail, they're about $60/pair.

    This pair lasted me, seriously, at most 4 months:

    It's like I abuse them either, I wear them as sneakers, and they're mostly untied.

    One other shoe's sewing on the toungue busted loose, but I suppose that's my fault. But, my favorite pair was only in use for THREE months, and the back of the sole is peeling away on the right foot. :(

    My very first pair of Etnies (and what made me fall in love with them) lasted me almost a full year and the padding was still soft and comfortable for the most part.

    My shoes I can't find. :(

    The sole started to peel off.


    I think these shoes are released now. Maybe.
