    Christina Ricci, Emile Hirsch, John Goodman?! The Wachowski Brothers are directing this (the guys who made the Matrix and then ruined everything by making its sequels). I'm not sure how Wednesday Adams and Dan from Roseanne are going to fit into all of this...

    ...I mean Susan Sarandon and Matthew Fox?

    ... I mean, A SPEEDRACER MOVIE?!

    I heard this rumor. But now that they are doing it...I don't know.

    Sometimes that little jingle gets catchy.

    "Go speed racer, go speed racer, GOOO!!"

    Wow the Mach 5 looks pretty neat.

    Emilie Hirsch sort of looks like speed racer. Have not seen Chrisitina Ricci in a while. Her roles usually vary.

    Most important question will they have the monkey?

    I think its the trend now to revive old cartoons through animation :p

    It's not like I am looking forward for it nor the other way around; if i heard good feedback about it, i might give it a go :)

    yes, will there be monkeys??!!?! xD

    The potential for this movie to really stink has me very worried....

    On the other hand, my favorite villan is in it. SNAKE OILER FTW!! I just hope they keep those glasses he wore in the series.

    Sounds familiar. But it has been ages since I watched the show.

    This could be okay or bomb. I am glad they have the money.
