Sooooo..the new game out now all my friends are raving over. I loved the finish, i went with the revenge and got the best ending in my opinion. Kate, Roman? Roman all the way and i hated that ***** [cough] Dimitri.

I also loved the jams that you hear on the radio and the first song you hear coming off the boat 'Schweine'. I'm a big fan of the greenkeepers song too and 'Pony'.


What do you think of this game? I love the series and just the story behind the newest edition.

I thought that the game was ok, but the ending was kind of a let down for me. I was hoping for something a little better then what happened.

I'm playing through the game again at the moment and making all the alternative desisions to the ones that i made the first time around, i'm also playing a lot more of those friend missions that happen as you're walking down the street.

Still can't get multiplayer to work for me properly though, have only been able to have a few games with like one or two people.

 

Both endings were tragic.

 

Didn't really get into it. I got to the second safehouse, and it seemed like too much driving and protecting your buds rather than actually on your own shoot everything that moves from San Andreas or even Vice City.

I know the rest may probably get better, but I think a game should be good from beggining to end. Also, it looks like you're looking at it through a coffee filter ^^;

Finally, my one complaint from ALL GTA games is the fact that while light poles break after everything heavier than a kitten leans on it, mother nature still manages to defy the laws of physics by staying completely still even after a car crashes onto it full speed

If i'm thinking right which i might not be. i'm not at my best in the morning but i'm sure all of those missions were from Playboy, Elizabeth..

i can't remember if it was the second or not but i'm sure after the first safehouse was pretty much destroyed the story got a whole lot more interesting with teeh' evil Dimitri.

i know for a fact since i had to watch all of the damn 20 minute effin credits for an achievement for XBOX Live that a lot of people put a lot of effort into the game. A lot of graphic design, especially if you noticed the graffiti which was beyond realistic and for god's sake you can listen to music on different stations while you jack someone's car, run from the cops until you're out of radar, and then leave unnoticed. Not many things are realistic in games or they'd be boring because we live in the real world every day. i guess if you look at it this way, who cares about light poles dude? WE CAN LISTEN TO THE RADIO AND HAVE WALLS CUSS AT US. Wewt! =)

 

If it were realistic the cops would chase after you everytime you sped, changed lanes without signalling, ran a light, crashed into other vehicles (except cop cars). In fact it seems that you have to do quite a bit of damage just to get one's attention. Hit one, fire a gun around one, run through a toll booth, run down a pedestrian... that's really it. You can unload lots of destruction around the city and they won't stop you.

Then again I guess that's a good thing because if the cops were realistic then you would never be able to do anything without having the popo chasing after you every five seconds. Thank god they're easy to shake.

Yeah dude. Imagine all the times you've ran over someone, killed mobs of gangsters, and ran from the cops. In real life the army would be after you if you were that good at hiding. :] Damn i just love this game.
